I used to love this store, but now I think they're awful! They were always great for me and my buddies, but now they just cancel orders and don't even pay attention to you. I waited forever for them to pick up the phone, but they never did. Terrible customer service equals me not shopping there anymore.

I've tried so many times to return the jeans I bought, but I can't find the order ID number because they didn't include it in the package! I logged into my account like 5 times and just kept getting lost. And then when I finally tried to return them, the page didn't even exist! The jeans were nothing like the ones online, they didn't even fit me, and they were so ugly. Now I'm stuck with them and a big charge on my card for something I don't even want.
