Refurbished laptop purchase
The experience at this store was not great. I had to wait a long time and the customer service rep didn't really get what I was saying. It was frustrating because they had trouble communicating, so it was hard to fix the problem I had. The poor customer service left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with my purchase.
