Laptop repair service
The management at the repair depot is just terrible. The way customer service reps and repair techs don't communicate is really bad. I paid for a 5-7 day repair for my laptop, but it's been 8 days and still no update. Even after many calls and emails, Dell can't explain the delay. The confusion about my laptop's warranty and repair is making me even more frustrated. It's not cool that nobody at Dell can say why my laptop is still stuck, especially when I need it for work. Dell's repair center being so inefficient has really made me mad at the company.
