Armani Exchange suit purchased
My recent trip to the store was pretty good until I had a big issue with the service I was promised. I went to the Harry Rosen store in Sherway Gardens in the evening and got help from a really knowledgeable salesperson who showed me a bunch of different styles. I ended up buying a black Armani Exchange suit that I was really happy with. But, the salesperson said they'd call me when the alterations were done, which was supposed to be around the 2nd week of December. I also asked them to update my landline number to my cell number in their system, but they forgot. So, on December 6th, I called to ask about my suit and found out it was ready for pickup since November 30th. I was surprised that I didn't get a call telling me it was ready. This lack of communication is not cool, especially since I expect top-notch service when shopping at Harry Rosen Sherway.
Suit shopping at a high-end men's clothing store
I recently went suit shopping at this fancy men's clothing store and let me tell you, it was such an amazing experience! The store was super well-organized and the staff were all so professional and knowledgeable. My personal stylist was just awesome, she helped me out the whole way through, giving me great tips on styling and being so friendly. Not only did she help me find the perfect suit, but she also made sure it fit me perfectly. The manager even went out of their way to speed up the alterations, so I could have my suit ready for my event. Overall, I was really impressed with the top-notch service and attention to detail at this place.

I recently went to the store and had a really good experience. I needed to buy a suit for a special event and the staff there were super helpful and knew their stuff. I wanted to share my recent experience at your store when I was searching for a specific sneaker size that was sold out. At first, I wasn't happy with the service I received from a guy who didn't seem very interested in helping me. But then I met Rabieh, who was amazing and really went out of her way to assist me. She not only found the size I needed but also arranged for me to get the last pair from another store. Rabieh's hard work and enthusiasm for her job really impressed me, and her positive attitude made a big difference in my shopping trip.

Hey, I just got this amazing suit from possibly the best store ever! The salesperson, Leah Bigcas, was really nice and helped me choose the perfect suit. She was so professional and even gave me some honest advice, which was awesome. Overall, it was the best shopping experience ever!

The service I got at this store was top-notch. The person helping me, who I won't say their name, spent a bunch of time helping me out and giving me good suggestions. I was super impressed by how they really tailored the service to me. They even went the extra mile by reminding me about my loyalty points before they expired. Shopping at this place has been awesome all thanks to their amazing service.

I heard really good things about this place, so I convinced my fiancée to come with me to find my wedding suit. The salesperson we ended up with, Yuliia, was so great! She actually listened to what we were looking for and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive stuff like other places do. She showed us a variety of options and helped us choose the perfect suit. Her tailoring skills were excellent and she genuinely seemed happy for our big day. Yuliia made the whole process fun and easy.

As someone who hasn't bought new clothes in over 20 years, I was a little nervous about getting a new suit. But the salesperson I dealt with was super helpful and knew their stuff. Suit for wedding
Wow, Ellie was absolutely fantastic! We were searching for a suit for my husband to wear to a wedding, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She knew exactly which suit would suit him best, and even assisted with alterations for both the suit and dress shirts. The store had a fantastic selection, but it was really Ellie who made our shopping experience unforgettable!
