I've been really impressed with the service I've gotten from this company. I've been a customer for a few weeks now, and honestly, I don't get why all those bad reviews are out there. The team here has really gone above and beyond to address all my security concerns. They've even helped me out with stuff that technically wasn't even their job, which I really appreciate. I was dealing with constant server crashes because of attacks on my website, but since I switched to this service, I haven't had any downtime at all. The support team has been amazing. They take the time to explain each step of the process and help me follow through with it. Just keep in mind that if you go for the basic service, you might not get an instant response. But if you're cool with sending your support requests in the afternoon and waiting until the next day for an answer, then this service is perfect for you. If you want quicker service, then yeah, you'll need to pay for it. It's that simple.
