They take the time to explain each step of the process and help me follow through with it. Just keep in mind that if you go for the basic service, you might not get an instant response. But if you're cool with sending your support requests in the afternoon and waiting until the next day for an answer, then this service is perfect for you. If you want quicker service, then yeah, you'll need to pay for it. It's that simple.
