ServiceI am so disappointed with this WordPress plugin I bought. The customer support is terrible, and it doesn't even work right on my website. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Honestly, save yourself the headache and find something else.

ServiceSo I picked up the gold version of this backup plugin, and it's not too shabby. It does the job, but you need to play around with some settings to get it perfect. Just be careful, it could really bog down your site.<br><br>And let me tell you about the support - not the greatest. I had an issue, and they kinda just handed it back to me. Then, while I was on vacation, they closed the problem without even fixing it. Now I have to spend more time opening a new request. And they even removed some features in the new version, so I had to spend a whole morning figuring out what changed. Seriously, just trust your customers!
