    Ordered 4 t-shirts

    My experience ordering t-shirts from them was so frustrating. I ordered 4 shirts on February 21st, but only got 2. The shipment got lost and never made it to the shipping company. I contacted customer service, and they gave me the wrong tracking number three times before admitting the shipment was messed up. It took them six weeks to do anything about it. And even after they finally sent one shirt last week, the tracking number they gave me doesn't even work. I'm thinking about asking for a refund through my credit card company now.

    I just bought some polo shirts from this company and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality. The fabric is so soft, stitching is perfect, and they fit just right. But it was hard to find them in Canada, so I had to order them online from an international store.

    This company was just terrible to deal with! My wife ordered two polo shirts for Father's Day and they sent us the wrong ones. We've been trying to fix things with them through emails, but their customer service team is completely ignoring us. Can you believe they even sent us a return label for items we never got? It's ridiculous how little they seem to care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

    I had a big problem with my order, eh. It took forever to get it because the delivery company lost it, even though they gave me a tracking number. I had to wait for weeks and it was very confusing. Finally, they gave me all my money back. It was so frustrating and disappointing, especially since I had problems with a previous order and even used a discount code.

    When I went to the store in the Galleria Mall, I had a bad experience with customer service. The manager and two other employees were not very nice and didn't help me much. They couldn't take back or exchange sizes in the store, so I ended up with clothes that didn't fit well. The sizing was all over the place - some mediums were too big and others too tight or too long. It was really annoying.

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, eh, but my recent experience with them has been a total nightmare. I'm in Canada, and I have a $100 gift card and over 900 points on my account, but they've stopped shipping to Canada and won't transfer my gift card, eh. I've tried contacting them for help, but they're not willing to assist me at all. This lack of customer service has left me feeling frustrated and let down, eh. I suggest others shop elsewhere for their needs, eh.

    Oh man, let me tell ya, this place is amazing! I had a little hiccup with my order, but they really came through for me. They not only fixed the mistake right away, but they also let me keep the wrong item and sent the correct one without delay. The quality of their clothing is truly top-notch - the material, the fit, and even the embroidery are all fantastic. It's clear they really care about their customers and it definitely shows in the excellent service they provide.

    Clothing order

    I ordered some clothes from this company, but then got an email saying they cancelled my order because some items were out of stock. I was pretty annoyed because I don't get why they would show stuff on their website that they don't actually have. I've never had this issue with a UK company before. If I don't get my money back soon, I'll have to call my bank and deal with a whole process to get it back. I'm really disappointed with this American company and how they handled everything.

    I recently picked up some stuff from a few different places and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality and customer service. My first experience with this brand was in Vancouver, BC where I got a hat, beanie, and t-shirt. The prices were a bit high because of the exchange rate, but still better than what I saw in the States. The clothes, like polos, t-shirts, and hats, are well-made and have a cool, unique style that had me unsure at first but ended up winning me over. My latest buys were in 2024 at the Honolulu store, and I've been a big fan of the brand ever since. The only downside I found is that the clothes need to be air-dried, which can be a bit of a pain. I do wish they would reconsider their shipping fees to Hawaii because right now it's too pricey for me to order online.

    Poor customer service and lack of communication

    My experience with this company has been super frustrating, eh. It's like they're barely staying afloat as a business. I've tried reaching out multiple times through calls, emails, and messages, but I haven't gotten any response, eh. It's just not right, especially since I already paid for my purchase but haven't received anything in return. And to top it off, they have this automated system that just hangs up on customers - so rude and unprofessional! I'm thinking about taking more serious action to sort this out, eh. This company definitely isn't treating their customers the way they should be.

    T shirts with flattering fits

    The T-shirts from this company are amazing! I really loved the design and how well they fit. The quality and overall look of the product impressed me a lot. But, the shipping experience was a letdown. It took a whole 4 weeks for my order to reach a sorting center in Canada from the US, and now, after a month of waiting, it's only made it to a processing center in Alberta. This long delay has definitely affected my satisfaction with the brand.

    I ordered a black hoodie and a white t-shirt from this shop, but UPS ended up losing my package. I spent two weeks going back and forth between Psycho Bunny and UPS, and both were blaming each other, saying it was my issue. Luckily, I had AMEX on my side and managed to stop the payment. Both companies showed disgraceful behavior and zero accountability.

    I bought some shorts on sale, but they were sold out. The customer service suggested sending me a different item, which I agreed to. However, when I got the replacement, it was a used polo with stains and deodorant marks on it. When I told them about the issue, they accused me of staining it, which was annoying. Everyone makes mistakes, but their reaction was not helpful. Instead of fixing it, they just sent me a laundry manual. I didn't even bother trying it on because of that, and I won't be buying from their site again.
