I'm so frustrated with the awful customer service and lack of responsibility from this company. My package has been stuck at Amazon's warehouse in Edmonton since April 26th, and even after three failed delivery attempts, I still don't have it. Customer Service won't refund me for the missing item, and that's just not right. I feel like Amazon is stealing from me, and I'm so mad at their incompetence. They want me to wait for an investigation and 10 business days to find out what happened, but that's unacceptable. This kind of service is just not okay, and I won't put up with it.

I was using this other money sending place and it was a total disaster! It was so frustrating trying to send money. But then I came across MoneyGram and it was a breeze to use! It was really straightforward and I knew I could count on them to send my money when I needed it.

I was really pumped to sign up for the NBA games package so I could keep up with my favorite team and players throughout the season. The live games and replays were awesome, but I have to admit that I struggled with the app interface sometimes. It would be so much better if they could make it more user-friendly to improve the whole viewing experience.
