My experience ordering from Amazon was really disappointing. The customer service was just awful - it seemed like they only cared about protecting their vendors and not the customers. It's nothing like how Amazon used to be. The whole process felt like a total amateur hour, with no thought for the customer at all.

I tried emailing and sending messages on Instagram, but didn't hear back. I had to cancel my subscription, but still got billed. Their customer service is terrible and they never reply. It's so annoying that I followed all their rules and still got no help. If I think about signing up again, it seems like a big gamble.

The ordering process was super easy and I found what I needed quickly. The checkout process was smooth too. However, I was kinda bummed about the limited product selection. The service was okay, nothing amazing. The prices were fair, but I've seen better deals elsewhere. Luckily, the delivery was quick and everything arrived in good shape.
