Q. Boyer

I've been a loyal customer to this company for years and always been happy with the quality of their products. But in the last six months, I've ordered pants four times and none have been delivered. Every time I ask for an update, I get the same generic response that doesn't help at all. It looks like they've completely stopped fulfilling orders, and I haven't gotten any real information on when I can expect my stuff. It's really disappointing to see a company that I used to trust let me down like this.
