New water filter purchase
I ordered a new water filter, eh, but it never showed up, eh! When I called customer service, they just kept saying it would be delivered soon, eh. But after waiting for 2 whole months, I realized it wasn't coming, eh. They didn't want to give me a refund even though I asked so many times, eh. Now I'm stuck with a jug that can't even filter my water properly, eh. Not cool, eh!
