The water filter works really well, no complaints on that front. But let me tell you, their filter replacement program needs some serious work. I put in an order almost three months ago and I'm still waiting for it to be fulfilled. After so many back and forth emails, I finally got a refund. It's really too bad because the filters themselves are top-notch, but their customer service needs a major upgrade.

I just bought something and got it super fast, which really made me happy. And get this – they even threw in a big ol' chocolate bar as a freebie! Totally unexpected, but so sweet of them. Gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with the service I got from these guys.
