I got these custom necklaces made from this store and they messed them up three times! I told them exactly what I wanted, they even confirmed it by email, but they still got it wrong. The necklaces had no engraving, the metal was rough, the finishes were all different, and the colors were all off. I spent a lot of money on them and they were nothing like what I asked for. Now they're trying to charge me for melting and tax fees, even though they promised a full refund. When I asked to speak to a manager, they ignored me. It's like they don't care that they sent me messed up necklaces and won't fix it. This company is a total scam and I won't be ordering from them again.

This company's customer service is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. It took forever for my order to arrive, and on top of that, they charged me for a 3-month subscription before I even got my hands on the item. They also promised me a 30-day trial of their Advanced Health Program, which I never received. I've tried contacting them multiple times through email to return the product because of the long wait, but I haven't heard anything back on how to go about it. Finally, they credited me for the Advanced Health Program they charged me for, but the lack of communication and slow response time is just not okay.

I messed up at first by ordering the wrong size of a part I needed, but Juan was super quick to cancel the order even on a weekend and assisted me in placing a new one correctly. Then, when I was reordering, I forgot to pick the specific variation I needed. Luckily, there was a delay in processing the order which gave me a chance to fix my mistake. Juan not only fixed the order for me but also made sure the shipping was faster to make up for the delay. I was so impressed by Juan's dedication and how much they cared, especially since this was my first order and not a big purchase. But thanks to Juan's exceptional service, they have definitely gained a loyal customer in me.

I've been a customer since November 2019. I usually buy bottle and jug filters from this company. Lately though, I've been let down by their service. My last bottle filter in October 2021 had some issues. In July 2023, I was charged for a bottle filter that never showed up. I didn't realize until November 2023 that I was charged for something I never got. It's kind of concerning that I had to catch the mistake and ask for a refund. They did refund me when I contacted them, but it makes me wonder if they would have fixed it on their own. I did get a free lid worth £19 in the past, but it doesn't really make up for the trouble caused by the billing mistake.
