Room very small, no windows, AC barely worked and a tiny green ceiling light you can’t switch off (kept me up). Foam pillows and the bed left my back sore. Bathroom so cramped you squeeze past the loo. Staff eventually offered a care kit (nice surprise), but replies were slow. Bring an eye mask.

That extra walking and the early-morning shuffle through departures twice made the whole night more stressful than it needed to be. I’m left disappointed and a bit tired. I wouldn’t rebook here unless they fix communication and give people options up front.
