The jug itself works pretty good and does a good job of filtering water. But man, let me tell you, I've had a really bad time dealing with their customer service and replacement filter program. I signed up for a replacement filter ages ago, but it never showed up. Every time I reached out to customer service, they promised it was on its way, but I never got it. It's frustrating to see such lousy service for what could be a top-notch product.
