After several emails and a fair bit of back-and-forth I finally got a replacement, which is when I allowed myself to relax a bit. Plugged it in, the fan started, and I actually smiled — small victory. They never picked up the faulty unit, so I kept the old base and filter as a backup; the filter looked barely used, so that felt like a silver lining. I’m satisfied now because the replacement works as it should, but I’m cautious about long-term reliability and the company’s customer care. Would I buy the same again? Probably not; there are better-known brands with more straightforward service. Still, the purifier does its job and when it’s running quietly I do notice the air is nicer — and that’s what I wanted in the first place.

They really need to step up their customer service game! No one ever gets back to you when you have a question, and one employee actually told me it wasn't their problem to assist. The workers seem unmotivated and uninterested in helping out. On top of that, they really need to do better with their shipping procedures to the UK. It's frustrating to have a great product but struggle to get replacements or answers.
