I bought an air purifier recently and it's amazing! I didn't check reviews before buying it, but I heard some folks say there was no customer support. I reached out to them and didn't get a response, just like others warned. Luckily, I purchased it from a store that provides a one-year warranty. So if anything goes wrong, I'm all good! I would recommend avoiding buying directly from them.

I'm having trouble getting in touch with customer service. The chat in the US is working, but there's no support for the UK. It's really frustrating dealing with a broken purifier that I spent a lot of money on.

I bought a couple of air purifiers from this company recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. The customer service used to be top-notch but now it's like they don't even care. I've been a loyal customer for years, buying all sorts of machines from them, but their customer service going downhill has me thinking twice about sticking with them. It's really sad to see a company that used to be amazing lose sight of what made them great in the first place.

What's the point of giving a product warranty if you're just gonna ignore us when we actually need help? They really need to step up their customer service game! No one ever gets back to you when you have a question, and one employee actually told me it wasn't their problem to assist. The workers seem unmotivated and uninterested in helping out. On top of that, they really need to do better with their shipping procedures to the UK. It's frustrating to have a great product but struggle to get replacements or answers.
