The polo shirt I bought this time wasn't as good as the ones I got before from this store. It felt like cheap material and the stitching wasn't that great. The shirt just didn't look or feel as good as I was hoping for.

I just bought a wool rug and it was a total disaster, eh. I followed all the instructions and used wool cleaners like they said, but the rug still got stained and turned yellow. I've had wool rugs in the past and this has never happened before, so I was really disappointed. I ended up having to throw it out after just a few days, wasting over $1000, eh. When I reached out to the company for help, they were no help at all - just brushed me off. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of their wool rugs, eh!

Oh man, I had to cancel my order since my dad got sick and had to go to the hospital. 😢 I got in touch to see if I could cancel my loveseat, and they were so understanding. They said I could keep it and even gave me a discount since it was already on its way. Their customer service was awesome and they helped me out really quickly.
