The prices were really good and I was able to find flights at good times without having to settle for really late ones. I really liked how quick and efficient the booking process was.

I can't believe how cheeky this online booking platform is! They really overcharge at 35%+VAT from the partner salons and their customer service is just terrible. It's so hard to reach them directly, you can only fill out an online form and then wait forever for a reply. Partner salons are really getting shafted by using this platform. Why even have a platform like this if all it does is take advantage of business owners?

I asked to cancel before the trial period was up, spoke to a person who said they'd pass on the request, but still, my account wasn't cancelled. It's frustrating not being able to get a refund for something unused and not suited for what I need, especially after it was recommended by a store employee.
