Subscription cancellation issue
I recently went through a really annoying situation trying to cancel my subscription. I asked to cancel before the trial period was up, spoke to a person who said they'd pass on the request, but still, my account wasn't cancelled. It was a real pain trying to reach someone by phone, and even when I did, I got the same old story about my cancellation request being sent to the right place. The whole thing just felt sketchy and untrustworthy.

First-time purchase of a power recliner
I just bought my first power recliner and I gotta say, it was a total letdown. I was so pumped about how comfy it looked in the showroom, but when it arrived, it was a completely different story. The padding was lousy, there were weird lumps and the seat was way too hard. It's basically impossible to relax in. I feel like I blew my cash on this thing and I'm super bummed about it. I definitely won't be telling anyone to shop at that store again.

I've been going back to this place for a while now, and I just made another order with them. The product was awesome as usual, and the shipping was super quick. Every time I've ordered from them, I've been happy with the quality of their stuff and how fast they get it to me. It's a pretty simple process, but I like that they always come through. The Tokyo Work Bag from this company is amazing. It's so sleek, functional, and high quality. I really appreciate all the little details in the pictures, descriptions, and specs. Broken watch
I bought this watch online, eh, and when I got it, it was broken! Oh man, I was so disappointed because I was really excited to use it, ya know? I tried to contact customer service, but they were no help at all. I wish I had read the reviews before buying it, what a waste of money, eh.

Power cube purchase
I bought a power cube for my iPhones and iPads from TheSource in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia, not too long ago. Josh, the "Manager," told me it would work with all Apple cables, but when I tested it out, it didn't work as promised. I tried to return it for a refund of $22.99, but Josh said no because there was a tear in the box. I was really disappointed by this and now I won't be going back to TheSource. It's frustrating not being able to get a refund for something unused and not suited for what I need, especially after it was recommended by a store employee.

I was browsing this blogger I follow and saw the sickest phone case on their site. I had to snag it! Ended up going with the white one with gold details, looks so sleek - almost like marble. It came in this adorable little box and goes with everything. I'm obsessed because not only is it stylish, but it protects my phone too. Thinking about grabbing another one in a different shade soon. Their customer service was top-notch, got back to me super quick. No doubt, I'd totally suggest this spot and their phone cases!

Dresser purchase
The dresser I got from HomeSquare was a total letdown. When I put it together, I saw that the drawers were all wonky and didn't slide right. I reached out to Customer Service with emails and pictures, but they haven't been much help or gotten back to me. Dealing with this shoddy product and lack of assistance is really getting on my nerves.

First order - sweet orange and lemongrass essential oils
The products were really great in terms of quality and pricing. I ordered the sweet orange and lemongrass essential oils in a 30ml bottle, and they got to me super quick in just 5 business days. They even came with a label on the lid, and each one had its own cylinder box with a see-through top. I thought that extra touch was really cool because it made it so much easier for me to keep everything organized and find the oils when I needed them for my recipes. Plant Therapy is definitely going to be my go-to for future orders.
