KN95 Masks purchases
I've been buying KN95 masks from this place for quite some time now, and let me tell you, these masks are the real deal. I did some digging and found out that they're the only ones who distribute the brand I wanted, which really gave me confidence in my purchase. The Powecom masks they sell are great; they fit perfectly and give me the protection I need. I've bought from them multiple times, and this last time, I waited too long to place an order, thinking I wouldn't need more masks - oh boy, was I mistaken! Luckily, when I contacted them, they rushed my order. The customer service here is amazing, quick, and effective. I would definitely recommend them!
Masks
I bought some masks from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The quality of the masks was top-notch and the service was excellent. They were made of great material and put together really well, so I felt super protected and comfortable wearing them. And can we talk about how fast they came? I ordered them one day and they were at my door the next - talk about speedy! It was such a relief to get them so quickly, especially with everything going on right now. Powecom black KN95's
I just bought the Powecom black KN95's from this store and I have to say, I'm really pleased with the quality. They were a bit snug on me because I have a smaller face, but they still fit great. I think they might be too tight for people with bigger faces though, especially if they need a really secure seal. But I feel good knowing that these are legit KN95's because they aced the flame test. And getting them in sealed packs of 10 just made me even more confident that they're the real deal.

The black KN95 masks I got were really good, eh. They kept me safe, had legit stickers to prove they were real, and fit nicely and strong. Face mask purchase
I ordered some face masks on December 27, hoping to get regular updates on when they would arrive. However, I haven't heard anything since then. The first email I got was nice and even included the CEO's email in case I had any questions, but every time I've tried to get in touch, it's been a dead end. The customer service inbox seems to be full because all my emails keep bouncing back. I get that businesses can hit some bumps in the road, but good communication is super important for keeping customers happy. It would've been really nice to know if there were any delays or issues with my order.
Recent mask purchase
Eh, just want to say that the masks I got lately were really good quality. I was surprised at how nicely they fit and how comfy they were to wear. The material seemed strong and protective, so it made me feel better when I was out and about. And the shipping was quick and smooth, which was a nice bonus. I also liked that they paid attention to the packaging details. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase from Bona Fide Masks.
N95 & KN95 Masks
I recently bought N95 and KN95 masks from this company, and let me tell you, they've been a total game-changer for us in staying Covid-free for three years now. We got vaccinated too, but having the extra protection of these masks really gives us some peace of mind. Plus, with all the Canadian wildfires sending smoke our way, these masks, especially when paired with a filter from filti.com, have been amazing at keeping that nasty smoke out of our lungs.

I've been going back to this place for a while now, and I just made another order with them. The product was awesome as usual, and the shipping was super quick. I just ordered some cloth masks and disposable surgical masks from this site, and I gotta say I was pretty impressed. The stuff showed up right on time, actually a day earlier than they said it would. Everything was in great shape, no damage or missing pieces. Order issue
I had a problem with an order I made where I didn't hear back from the company and didn't get good customer service. I placed my order back on January 20, 2022, and had a hard time getting updates on when it would arrive. Even though I tried to get help and asked for a refund, the company didn't reply to me at all. Because of this, I decided to get PayPal involved to try to sort things out. To my surprise, instead of fixing the problem, the company ended up shipping the package on March 1, 2022, without trying to fix things or even acknowledging the situation. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and let down by the customer service they offered.
Kn95 order one week ago
I just got some kn95 masks from this company, and man, their customer service was the worst I've ever seen. They took my money right away, but then didn't even say they got my order for a whole week. I tried to email them a bunch of times, but all I got was an error message saying the inbox was full. Finally got in touch through a different email they gave me, and it was crickets again. Like, seriously? You can't just take my money and then ghost me like that. There are tons of other places to get masks, so they have no excuse for treating customers like this. I just want them to at least let me know they got my messages, but they don't seem to care. I'm so fed up with their lack of response, it's not cool at all. They need to step it up and show some respect for their customers.
Order cancellation issue
I was super disappointed with my experience at this online store. As soon as I placed my order, I realized I wanted to cancel it. I sent an email right away asking for cancellation, but I didn't hear back for days. And then, to my surprise, my order was still sent out. It was frustrating that they didn't respond quickly and that I couldn't cancel orders on their website. It would be way easier for us customers if we could just cancel our own orders without needing to wait on customer service.
