Bona Fide Masks - Reviews and experiences

I ordered some face masks on December 27, hoping to get regular updates on when they would arrive. However, I haven't heard anything since then. The first email I got was nice and even included the CEO's email in case I had any questions, but every time I've tried to get in touch, it's been a dead end. The customer service inbox seems to be full because all my emails keep bouncing back. I get that businesses can hit some bumps in the road, but good communication is super important for keeping customers happy. It would've been really nice to know if there were any delays or issues with my order.

I just got some kn95 masks from this company, and man, their customer service was the worst I've ever seen. They took my money right away, but then didn't even say they got my order for a whole week. I tried to email them a bunch of times, but all I got was an error message saying the inbox was full. Finally got in touch through a different email they gave me, and it was crickets again. Like, seriously? You can't just take my money and then ghost me like that. There are tons of other places to get masks, so they have no excuse for treating customers like this. I just want them to at least let me know they got my messages, but they don't seem to care. I'm so fed up with their lack of response, it's not cool at all. They need to step it up and show some respect for their customers.
