Bona Fide Masks - Reviews and experiences

I had a problem with an order I made where I didn't hear back from the company and didn't get good customer service. I placed my order back on January 20, 2022, and had a hard time getting updates on when it would arrive. Even though I tried to get help and asked for a refund, the company didn't reply to me at all. Because of this, I decided to get PayPal involved to try to sort things out. To my surprise, instead of fixing the problem, the company ended up shipping the package on March 1, 2022, without trying to fix things or even acknowledging the situation. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and let down by the customer service they offered.

I've been buying KN95 masks from this place for quite some time now, and let me tell you, these masks are the real deal. I did some digging and found out that they're the only ones who distribute the brand I wanted, which really gave me confidence in my purchase. The Powecom masks they sell are great; they fit perfectly and give me the protection I need. I've bought from them multiple times, and this last time, I waited too long to place an order, thinking I wouldn't need more masks - oh boy, was I mistaken! Luckily, when I contacted them, they rushed my order. The customer service here is amazing, quick, and effective. I would definitely recommend them!
