Garden photo album creation
I've been using this online photo album maker for more than ten years now to show off our garden, which has over 5,000 photos on display. Since we give tours of our garden, which has a national designation, it's super important that the album looks good and is easy to navigate to keep people interested and coming back. I've tested out a bunch of other similar programs before, but none of them have been as user-friendly as this one, especially with all the folders and sub-folders I have to keep track of. The different skins you can customize really add a nice touch to the presentation, and the developer forum is super helpful for getting advice and support to make sure everything runs smoothly.

But after a few back-and-forth emails with the support team, they sorted everything out and even agreed that they needed to update their email templates for better communication. I was really impressed by how they handled things and their commitment to making things right. Gotta hand it to them, credit where credit's due.

The software's got a few bugs that need fixing. When you switch skins, the album size goes way up, and not every skin shows the right fonts or metadata. It's a pain to make changes and see the outcomes because you always have to 'make' the album first. Plus, if you use your own host, you can't control who accesses it or manage users.
