I just bought a Holland Cooper hat for $125 at Oxygen. But the hat arrived damaged because it was packaged poorly, so the top of the hat is all messed up. I got it as an Easter gift, and it looks like the quality might not be so great, or it could even be a fake. I'm going to get in touch with the company to sort out this problem.

I bought one of those calendar things from Flaviar for my husband, but some of the little bottles got messed up in the mail. I called their customer service, and I gotta say, they were super fast and fixed everything right away. Spela was amazing and really went out of her way to make sure we were happy. They sent us new stuff quickly, and my husband loved it. The whiskey in the calendar was top-notch, and he had a blast trying out a new one each night.

I just wanted to chat about a recent online shopping experience I had. The website is super easy to use and has some great deals. But the thing is, I keep running into a problem with items showing as in stock but never actually getting shipped out to me. They tell me it'll be 1-2 days for shipping, but a bunch of my orders have been stuck in the processing stage for way longer. When I reach out to customer service, they always say they're waiting on stock and will ship it out when they get it. But there have been times when I've had orders in processing for 3-4 months with no updates at all. I've ended up cancelling a bunch of orders because the items just never seem to come back in stock. It's happened a few times now, so it's becoming a bit of a pattern.

I just ordered a prom dress and paid extra for next day shipping because I needed it for a special event. But, the dress got lost by the courier during delivery. I checked with the courier and they confirmed the loss. So now I'm trying to get a replacement or refund from the company.

I just got insurance from AirportRentalCars for a rental car, and man, what a waste of money. When I went to pick up my car, they told me the insurance I got wasn't accepted. I called the insurance company I bought it from, and they said they'd sort it out and either give me a refund or deal with AirportRentalCars. But nope, AirportRentalCars said their insurance was fine and I didn't need extra coverage.

I picked up this moisturizer and cleanser from here and I absolutely love it. The scent is wonderful and it leaves my skin feeling so soft and refreshed. I use it daily and I can definitely see a noticeable improvement in my skin.

I'm so happy with my new taillight! It looks way better than the old one that was on my bike. It was kind of hard to put on because there was some strange sticky stuff in one of the screw holes, but I cleaned it out and managed to get it attached.
