I just bought a sparkly dress online and it was such a letdown. The dress was poorly made and the glitter was falling off everywhere. Within a few days of getting it, I knew I had to return it because it didn't meet my expectations. But the return process was a complete nightmare. Promgirl emailed me offering a store credit, but I wasn't okay with that because I didn't want to buy from a company that doesn't care about quality. I ended up having to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Overall, my experience with this company was really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
