Resolution of multiple issues with payment methods
I had a bunch of problems with my payment when I was trying to buy something at your store. First off, I was trying to use cryptocurrency to pay, but I never did it before so I was kinda lost. On top of that, my credit card wasn't working for some reason, which was really frustrating. And then, the two-factor authentication was slowing everything down. But, your support team was amazing! They helped me right away and even gave me other options to get my money quickly. I was super mad at first, but they explained everything so well that I felt better about using my account in the future. Dinnerware set
I bought this dinnerware set from a company recently and I was really let down by the quality of the products. The plates had chips, the cups were poorly glazed, and the whole set just looked a lot cheaper than it should for the price. It felt like a waste of money, and I regret not looking into it more before buying. The design wasn't as classy as I thought it would be, and the pieces didn't match up as well as they did in the pictures online. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company if you want good-quality dinnerware.

I ordered perfume ages ago and it STILL hasn't shown up. I emailed them to complain and ask for a refund, but all I got back was some lame generic email saying it might take up to 12 days to get my order. It's been well over a month now and I am so over waiting!

Replacement ring
I gotta tell ya, I had to get in touch with customer service because this ring I bought was busted and they weren't offering refunds anymore. The folks at customer service were really nice and understanding. They asked for a pic of the broken ring and hooked me up with store credit instead. But, turns out I couldn't find the ring after all, so I went ahead and bought a new one. Then, out of the blue, the company checked in with me a week later and even gave me back some of the money I spent as a gesture of goodwill. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how much they cared about making sure I was happy with everything.

Running shoes order
I ordered some shoes on February 1st, 2024 but they still haven't shown up. Customer service is really bad, no one answers when I call, and they never follow through with promised call backs. The tracking info says the shoes have been stuck since May 12th.
