I'm feeling pretty disappointed that my stuff hasn't arrived yet! I ordered it a while back and I was super excited about it. I'm really hoping it comes soon because I'm so eager to start using it!
Difficult communication with telephone staff
I just had this really annoying situation where I was trying to talk to a customer service person on the phone. It felt like they just couldn't get what I was asking and I had a hard time getting my point across. The whole conversation felt like a waste of time and I was left feeling disappointed with the service.
Dependable and prompt delivery
Eh, gotta say, the process for ordering was super quick and simple. They let me know right away when my order was sent out and gave me an idea of when it would arrive. The service was excellent and the customer support team was super helpful when I had a question about my order. The pricing was fair for the great quality of the product I got. Delivery was right on schedule, just like they said it would be. All in all, the whole experience went smoothly and I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again.
Table linens purchase
I was so happy with the table linens I bought from this store. Ordering them was super easy, and they arrived fast. The fitted tablecloths were just like they said they'd be, and really good quality. I'm really happy with how everything turned out.
new alarm clock
So, I got this new alarm clock, eh? But it was, like, totally broken! I even brought it to this guy who fixes clocks and watches, and he couldn't figure it out either, eh? But then I called their customer service and they were all like, "Don't worry, just toss it and we'll give you your money back." That was so awesome of them, eh?
Monogrammed items for children
The monogrammed stuff I got for my kids was really nice and the personalized touch was a nice detail. It took a while to come in the mail, but everything was in perfect shape when it got here. I think this company is trustworthy and I will definitely shop here again in the future.

Order cancelled twice
So like, my order got cancelled twice and I had to deal with customer service twice too. It was so annoying because there's someone else's address linked to my account, which made fixing everything a real pain. I tried getting in touch a bunch of times to fix it, but nothing worked out. In the end, I had to get my brother to order stuff for our mom because the company couldn't sort things out. Definitely not gonna be using them again.
Quick and efficient service
Wow, what great service! I placed my order and it was shipped out the same day. I was so happy with how quickly Miles Kimball handled everything. The items were just like the website described and they arrived in perfect shape. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer because of their fast and dependable service.
Shipping address issue
I had a real headache with my order from this company recently. I made sure to put in the address of the person I was sending a gift to as the shipping address. After sorting out payment with PayPal, I went back to the site to double-check my order. To my dismay, the system had gone and changed the shipping address to my own address. This blunder meant that the package ended up getting sent to me instead of the right person. It was a massive letdown as the gift didn't make it in time for Easter due to this mix-up.
Solar lights
I got some solar lights and man, they arrived real fast! The package was solid, and all the lights looked awesome. But oh no, one of them was a dud. I reached out to customer service and they were super friendly and helpful. They sent me a replacement in a jiffy and it got here quick too! I was super pleased with the service and will definitely be buying from them again in the near future.
5-year calendar
I really love this calendar! I always get the 3-year version, but this 5-year calendar is exactly what I needed for planning ahead. The big squares give me plenty of room to write down appointments and important dates without feeling crowded. However, I was pretty bummed about the shipping fees and other extra charges. It ended up costing twice as much as I expected, and that was not clear when I bought it. But even with that, the calendar itself is really good quality and will last me for 5 years, so I won't have to think about getting another 3-year one anytime soon.
Last-minute Easter Bunny letters
I totally almost forgot to get Easter Bunny letters for my grandkids, but luckily I found this website in time and got my order in just in time. Even though I ordered late, the letters showed up quickly and my grandkids were super happy to get them. The letters were really well done, and the personalization made it extra special. I was really impressed with how fast and careful the service was, and how great the product turned out.
