    Seed mat mix up

    I have been ordering from this place for a long time, and it's usually good. But this time, I was really disappointed! I wanted the mat for Butterflies and Hummingbirds, but they sent me the one for Butterflies and Birds instead. It's like they didn't even read my order! I was looking forward to seeing all the beautiful flowers and attracting some birds and stuff, and now I have the wrong mat. I hope they fix this mix up soon, because I don't want the birds scaring away the hummingbirds!

    I just ordered something over the phone and it was pretty easy. The person helping me knew what they were talking about and was nice, so that was good. But I found it a little annoying that they kept trying to get me to buy extra stuff and sign up for their rewards program. I get that they want to make more sales, but it felt a bit too pushy and kinda took away from how smooth the process was. In the end, I was happy with my purchase and the fact that I got free shipping.

    Step stool purchase

    I picked up a step stool and I'm loving it! At 87, it's a bit on the heavy side for me to lug around, but it's so useful for reaching up high to clean those tricky cupboards. The handles on it are awesome and make me feel secure when I'm using it. Thanks a lot!

    Online order frustration

    I tried to buy some stuff online the other day, and I put in all the info for my 5 items, but then the final button wouldn't work because of some computer issue. It was so irritating! I had to call customer service and give them all the details again, like the monogram for 3 of the items. It was a pain to do it all over again. Even though the rep repeated everything back to me, I still felt a bit worried that there might be mistakes. If I could've just finished my order online, none of this mess would have happened.

    Difficult communication with telephone staff

    I just had this really annoying situation where I was trying to talk to a customer service person on the phone. It felt like they just couldn't get what I was asking and I had a hard time getting my point across.     I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast my ironing cart showed up at my door. The quality was way better than I thought it would be, and putting it together was a breeze. The only hiccup was figuring out how to attach the door, but my hubby had no trouble fixing it with some clever thinking. I'm super happy with my buy overall, it fits perfectly in my sewing room.

    5-year calendar reorder disappointment

    I recently ordered a 5-year calendar that I've been using for a long time. But when I got it, I was kind of bummed out to see that they removed the tabs for each month, now there's only one for January. It's a lot more inconvenient now because I have to flip through every single page just to find the month I need. I don't get why they made this change, it's really annoying.

    Order cancelled twice

    So like, my order got cancelled twice and I had to deal with customer service twice too. It was so annoying because there's someone else's address linked to my account, which made fixing everything a real pain. I tried getting in touch a bunch of times to fix it, but nothing worked out. In the end, I had to get my brother to order stuff for our mom because the company couldn't sort things out. Definitely not gonna be using them again.

    Shipping address issue

    I had a real headache with my order from this company recently. I made sure to put in the address of the person I was sending a gift to as the shipping address. After sorting out payment with PayPal, I went back to the site to double-check my order. To my dismay, the system had gone and changed the shipping address to my own address. This blunder meant that the package ended up getting sent to me instead of the right person. It was a massive letdown as the gift didn't make it in time for Easter due to this mix-up.

    I got some solar lights and man, they arrived real fast! The package was solid, and all the lights looked awesome. But oh no, one of them was a dud. I reached out to customer service and they were super friendly and helpful. They sent me a replacement in a jiffy and it got here quick too!     5-year calendar

    I really love this calendar! I always get the 3-year version, but this 5-year calendar is exactly what I needed for planning ahead. The big squares give me plenty of room to write down appointments and important dates without feeling crowded. However, I was pretty bummed about the shipping fees and other extra charges. It ended up costing twice as much as I expected, and that was not clear when I bought it. But even with that, the calendar itself is really good quality and will last me for 5 years, so I won't have to think about getting another 3-year one anytime soon.
