Brightly colored nail polishes
I was really excited to try out some of the bright nail polishes from this company, but I've been pretty disappointed with my experience so far. I've only been a customer for two months and already have run into problems with my subscription. I couldn't even skip or choose my box, but I still got charged for it and now it's on the way. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through email for the last five days, but haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating not to have clear communication, especially from a company that's supposed to have great customer service. I've made up my mind to cancel my membership and start looking for other nail polish brands that give better bang for my buck, like China Glaze or OPI. They offer similar quality products, but in larger quantities for a similar price.

Online purchase of canvas prints
I wasn't too sure about ordering canvas prints online at first, wasn't sure if they'd be good quality or not. But man, when I got my order, I was blown away! The prints are just beautiful, and the colors are as bright as they were on the site. The canvas and frame are top-notch quality, way better than I expected. Can't wait to put them up on my walls and show off that amazing artwork!

Lingerie set and massage oil
I was super bummed about my whole situation with ordering from this company. Got an email saying my order was confirmed, but then it was nowhere to be found in my account. Tried to track it with the number they gave me, but it was like my order was just a ghost. Customer service wasn't much help, and kinda rude, didn't give me any answers. To be honest, I should have just gone to a store like Spencer's in the mall to get what I wanted. Would have been a way better experience.

Shipping address issue
I had a real headache with my order from this company recently. I made sure to put in the address of the person I was sending a gift to as the shipping address. After sorting out payment with PayPal, I went back to the site to double-check my order. To my dismay, the system had gone and changed the shipping address to my own address. This blunder meant that the package ended up getting sent to me instead of the right person. It was a massive letdown as the gift didn't make it in time for Easter due to this mix-up.
