I was really excited to try out some of the bright nail polishes from this company, but I've been pretty disappointed with my experience so far. I've only been a customer for two months and already have run into problems with my subscription. I couldn't even skip or choose my box, but I still got charged for it and now it's on the way. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through email for the last five days, but haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating not to have clear communication, especially from a company that's supposed to have great customer service. I've made up my mind to cancel my membership and start looking for other nail polish brands that give better bang for my buck, like China Glaze or OPI. They offer similar quality products, but in larger quantities for a similar price.
