Difficult communication with telephone staff
I just had this really annoying situation where I was trying to talk to a customer service person on the phone. It felt like they just couldn't get what I was asking and I had a hard time getting my point across. The whole conversation felt like a waste of time and I was left feeling disappointed with the service.

My experience with company was pretty good overall. The prices were fair compared to other airlines out there, and the website was easy to use, so it was simple to find flights. When I had to get in touch with customer service though, I was on hold for a long time, which was a bit annoying. But, even with the wait, the person I talked to was helpful and able to answer my questions.
