I just ordered something over the phone and it was pretty easy. The person helping me knew what they were talking about and was nice, so that was good. But I found it a little annoying that they kept trying to get me to buy extra stuff and sign up for their rewards program. I get that they want to make more sales, but it felt a bit too pushy and kinda took away from how smooth the process was. In the end, I was happy with my purchase and the fact that I got free shipping.

I bought a Smart Plug from this company not too long ago. The product itself is good quality and works fine, but I had some trouble with their return policy. The website said I could return it within 14 days, but when I tried to send it back, it was a real hassle and I couldn't get it sorted out easily. Just a heads up, it's probably best to only buy something if you're really sure about it, because returning it might end up being a complicated process.

Oh man, those cookies I ordered were seriously amazing! The chocolate chip ones had that perfect crunch on the outside and were nice and chewy inside - exactly how I love 'em. And let me tell ya, those salted caramel cookies had the best mix of sweet and salty, they were so good! Plus, the packaging was super cute and made for a perfect gift. I am definitely gonna be ordering from this company again.
