Flowers, cake, and card for my aunt
I recently bought some flowers, a cake, and a card for my aunt from your company. The process to order them was super easy and clear, so I had no trouble picking out what I wanted. When my aunt got the package, she was really impressed with how nice the flowers, cake, and card were. They looked beautiful and were well presented, which made her day really special. However, there was a little problem with the delivery. The driver didn't knock on my aunt's door and just left the flowers outside. Even with that, my aunt still loved the flowers and thought it was a nice gesture. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely think about ordering from your company again in the future.

Bouquet disappointment
So, like, I've been a regular customer for a while now and usually my orders are all good. But this last time, the bouquet I got wasn't what I asked for and it didn't really seem worth the money. I decided to call customer service to let them know what's up and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how they handled it. The Sales Manager was quick to address my complaint and they even sent out the correct order again. I'm thankful for the effort they put in to make things right and to keep me coming back as a happy customer.

The flowers came right on time and looked just like the picture. I want to mention that boxed flowers might not look super amazing when they arrive because they're sent out when they're still buds, but they really bloomed beautifully. They lasted a good amount of time once they opened up. The price was fair and there were lots of options to pick from. Thanks a lot!

I ordered some flowers in a letterbox for my sister's birthday and I was really impressed with how easy it was to have them delivered that way. She wasn't home when they arrived, so it was awesome that they were just waiting for her when she got back. The flowers were so pretty and they stayed fresh way longer than other bouquets she's gotten before. I definitely suggest them as a sweet gift.

Orchid order
I got the orchid bouquet with 10 flowers in it, and even though they looked nice, the stems were too short to put in a vase well. I had to think on my feet and used a tall glass in the vase to hold them up. Sadly, the flowers only looked good for a couple days then started wilting. I got in touch with customer service about it and they said they would send me another one. The second bouquet didn't last much longer though, only 2 days before they wilted. I tried talking to the boss, Dan Turner, but could only reach customer service who only offered me a tiny £5 off my next order.
Late flower delivery
So, like, I ordered these flowers way ahead of time for this special event, right? But they ended up showing up a day late. Super disappointing, man. I was counting on having them there to enjoy during the event. But really, why even bother ordering in advance if they can't get it together to deliver on time? I was so excited to have them be a part of the celebration, but they totally dropped the ball. Not impressed, not one bit.

I've been a customer for a long time and I gotta say, the flowers you offer are top-notch. I keep coming back because of the quick service, but I do wish the prices were a bit more affordable. That being said, the products are always top quality and the deliveries are always on time. In the end, I keep coming back because of the convenience and reliability.
