I gotta say, I was blown away by the floral arrangement I got. The flowers were super fresh and stayed looking beautiful for ages, adding some life to my place. There was such a cool variety of flowers to choose from, making it easy for me to pick out the perfect arrangement for the event. The customer service was on point too. The staff knew their stuff and gave me a hand in picking out the best flowers, making sure I left with exactly what I wanted. All in all, my shopping experience at this place was top-notch and I'm a happy camper.

So, like, I've been a regular customer for a while now and usually my orders are all good. But this last time, the bouquet I got wasn't what I asked for and it didn't really seem worth the money. I decided to call customer service to let them know what's up and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how they handled it. The Sales Manager was quick to address my complaint and they even sent out the correct order again. I'm thankful for the effort they put in to make things right and to keep me coming back as a happy customer.

I had a problem with the address not showing up when I ordered flowers for a new house. But I called customer service and talked to a really helpful person who sorted everything out for me. The flowers came the next day and the person who got them really liked them. All in all, it was a great customer service experience.
