Sweatshirt purchase
The online shopping experience was just awful, eh. I tried to use a gift card to make a purchase, but the website was all messed up and wouldn't let me complete the transaction, eh. I spent hours trying to get ahold of customer service for some help, but they didn't even bother getting back to me, eh. It's obvious that they don't care about their customers' time or happiness. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism from a company before, eh. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here, trust me, it's not worth the frustration, eh.

Negotiating bills, saving money
Oh my goodness, you guys, BillTrim is honestly the best thing ever! Like, I used to waste so much time on the phone trying to reduce my bills with no success. But then I discovered this amazing service and they handled everything for me and saved me a ton of money. It was crazy how much they managed to save me. I'm telling you, whoever thought of this idea is a genius! I really hope they expand their offerings because I would definitely be a long-term customer.

Oversized wool sweater purchase
I recently got this oversized wool sweater from your site, but I gotta say, I was so let down by the quality. It was way thicker than I thought, almost like wearing a carpet. Definitely not what I was expecting from those pictures online. And to top it off, it came with a missing shirt! That just made me even more disappointed. Now I'm trying to return it, but finding info on how to do that is such a struggle. I didn't get an order number or tracking number, and I don't know how to get a return label. Overall, my experience as a customer has been so frustrating and I'm just not happy with the product or service.
