Oh gosh, the customer service here is just brutal. I tried reaching out to them and got an email back saying their email address doesn't even work. How am I supposed to get any updates on my order if I can't even get in touch with them?! It's been way too long and my stuff still hasn't been shipped.

I can't believe how deceiving the prices were on this travel website! They make it seem like you're getting a great deal from other sites, but then when you go to book, the prices are no longer valid. I spent so much time trying to book tickets, only to end up disappointed each time. I tried contacting customer service, but it was no help. So frustrating!
