    Bag ordered, canceled, and no refund

    I ordered a bag online and was so surprised when I found out it would take two whole weeks to arrive. I called right away to cancel my order on June 24th. The bag ended up being sent back to the company by the delivery service on July 4th. Since then, I've sent 12 emails and made 3 phone calls, but still no refund even though they said they would. The customer service, especially with this guy named "Bruno," has been absolutely useless. This whole thing feels like they're trying to steal from me and I would definitely suggest staying away from this company in the future.

    I bought a doll and book set from this company recently, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the whole thing.     Repetitive games with poor customer service.

    The games on this platform are kinda repetitive, you know? They all feel like they've got the same basic stuff going on, just with different looks. It's like you're not really doing much besides watching things happen on their own, without much for you to do. Moving forward in these games gets pretty boring and hard if you don't fork over some actual cash. And it's not great how they don't really care about what the players want, like those "offer wall" deals that never really pay off like they promise.
