Recent online purchase
So, I bought something online from this company not too long ago and, I gotta tell ya, it was a bit of a nightmare. Their customer service was just plain awful. It took forever to hear back from them and when they finally did respond, they didn't really do much to fix the problem I was having.
Missing items, discount discrepancy
I just bought some stuff online, eh, and I was hoping to get everything I ordered plus a sweet 40% off deal. But when my package arrived, I noticed some items were missing. So I tried to contact customer service for help, but no one got back to me. It left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down. And to top it off, when I checked my receipt, I saw that the discount was actually only 38%, not the 40% they promised. That was a real bummer. It made me doubt if the website's pricing is even legit, you know?
Controversial source, effective products
When I first heard about all the hype and drama surrounding where these products come from, I wasn't sure if I should buy them. But after digging deep and finding all sorts of mixed messages, I figured I'd give them a shot. And you know what? I gotta say, these products are seriously amazing. They actually work and have totally changed up my skincare routine.
Overpriced items in my cart
I filled up my cart with stuff and tried to pay, but they were asking for way too much money for things I didn't even really want. I tried to get help but got no answer at all. So frustrating, I won't be going back there again.

I recently ordered some skincare products online and I was really let down with the customer service. I picked out three free samples to go with my order, but when it arrived, there were no samples in the box. I emailed the company to ask about the missing samples, but their response was not helpful at all. The customer service rep basically said I was lying and insisted that samples are always included in orders, with no choice for customers to pick their own. This lack of responsibility and understanding for their mistake really got me frustrated and disappointed. It's not the first time this has happened with companies, even Sephora has messed up orders for samples that customers carefully pick online. Even though they're free, these samples are a big part of the shopping experience for many customers, myself included. I expect better service and communication from a skincare company that I spend my money on. After this experience, I definitely won't be buying from them again because of their rude and disrespectful customer service.
Dead sea products
I've been using dead sea products for so many years now, and let me tell you, they are seriously the best for my skin. I've tested out a ton of different skincare brands, but nothing really compares to the results I get with dead sea products. The minerals and salts from the dead sea just work some kind of magic on my skin, making it feel so revitalized and renewed. I don't plan on switching things up anytime soon because these products have honestly changed my skin game for the better.
Toner purchase
I just tried out a new toner from an online shop for the first time and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. It did wonders for my skin and I could see a noticeable improvement. What really stood out to me was that they let me pick three samples to test out with my order. And when I got my package, they threw in some extra samples as well, which I thought was a nice gesture. Thanks to those samples, I found a night cream that I really liked and I'll definitely be buying it again in the future. All in all, I had a fantastic experience with this store and their products.

I ordered a bunch of items worth a pretty penny, but then I got a message from the shipping company saying they were sending my order back because the address was wrong. Turns out they forgot to put the street number on the package. I double-checked my address on their website and it was all there, but somehow they still messed it up. I tried reaching out to them twice to fix it, but all I got back were empty emails, just like everyone else has mentioned. It took more than two weeks of silence before they finally asked if I wanted a refund or for them to send the products again. I asked for a refund and made it clear I won't be ordering from them again. Their refusal to admit fault and the terrible customer service have left me super disappointed.

I was pretty much left in the dark until one day, part of my order finally arrived out of the blue. When I reached out to customer service about the missing items, they said they were backordered and would ship the next week. But then another three weeks went by without any updates or replies to my emails. The company's lack of communication and transparency is just not cool, and it's making their customer service look pretty bad.
Luxury skincare products
I gotta tell ya, I was really blown away by the fancy skincare stuff I picked up. When you're my age, it's super important to find top-notch products that actually work wonders on your skin. The creams and makeup I splurged on were so fancy and did the trick, they made me feel like a million bucks. The feel of them was rich and indulgent, and the results were unreal. It felt like I was treating myself every time I put them on. I can definitely say that these products are now a key part of my skincare routine.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this place, eh. I was trying to see where my order was and the person on the phone was so rude, eh. They told me my order was delivered but I never got it, eh. They accused me of lying, can you believe it? I won't be coming back here ever again, that's for sure.

I bought some lip balm and face cream, and when they arrived, they were all crushed and gross. I tried to call and email them, but they never answered! So rude! I will never buy from them again.
Broken expensive bday gift
I messed up big time by ordering a birthday present from this website and, let me tell you, I was super let down by what I got. The thing I bought ended up breaking way too soon after I started using it, and it was so embarrassing and just plain awful since it was meant to be a special gift for someone I care about. On top of ruining the whole occasion, it was also a serious hit to my wallet. I had to quickly find a replacement gift, which was a pain in the butt. Long story short, I definitely won't be buying anything from that website ever again.
Expired products, poor customer service
As a long-time customer, I've been really let down by the last three orders I got from this company. Every time, the products were way past their expiry dates, which is just not okay. When I talked to customer service, specifically Anna F, she blamed the warehouse and gave me a return label for a refund. But this lack of quality control is worrying, and it makes me question the company's integrity. The products clearly go bad over time and shouldn't be sent to customers like that. I expected better from a company that says they care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, their customer service is not up to par - they hardly ever pick up the phone and take forever to reply to emails. Other companies admit when they mess up and try to make things right with their customers, but Ahava doesn't seem to have that same commitment.

I recently had a frustrating experience with customer service while trying to order beauty products. Their website said free shipping for orders over $50, but they charged me for extra items to reach that amount. When I reached out for help, the customer service was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. It was really disappointing how unprofessional they were and they didn't seem to care about making customers happy. I like their products, but the bad service is a deal breaker for me. Hopefully, they do better in the future.

The stuff I got was way too pricey for the lousy quality. Even with a discount, it just wasn't worth it. It felt like I might as well have shopped at a dollar store. And let me tell you, getting my money back took forever, super annoying. I'd recommend checking out fresh.com instead for some better quality goods.

I picked up two products from this company the other day, but unfortunately, they didn't agree with my skin. I was pretty bummed out and wanted to return them right away. But when I tried to get a hold of customer service through their website, it was a total mess. I sent them a bunch of emails, but got zero response back. It was so frustrating not hearing back from them, made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. I couldn't even find a phone number or address on their website to try another way to contact them. Overall, super disappointed with the poor customer service from this company.

Nobody kept me in the loop about my order and to top it off, some random person from another country called me by accident, thinking my phone was the customer service line for that brand. I ordered a lot of things online and was really looking forward to getting them, but it took forever and then they went ahead and just cancelled my order without even bothering to give me a heads up! So frustrating and just plain rude. I mean, come on, what's the point of running a website if you can't keep things organized?
