Good customer service experience
I just wanted to share about this store I had a great customer service experience with recently. After I placed my order, they sent me a personalized email to thank me for shopping with them, which I thought was a nice gesture. They kept me in the loop with regular updates on how my order was coming along until it was finally delivered. The fact that it arrived on time was definitely a bonus. All in all, I was happy with the service I received and would definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.

Moisturizers
I bought some moisturizers from this company not too long ago, and to be honest, it wasn't the best experience. It took more than two weeks just to get half of my order, and they didn't give me any tracking info or updates while processing it. I was pretty much left in the dark until one day, part of my order finally arrived out of the blue. When I reached out to customer service about the missing items, they said they were backordered and would ship the next week. But then another three weeks went by without any updates or replies to my emails. The company's lack of communication and transparency is just not cool, and it's making their customer service look pretty bad.
