I recently bought this awesome software called Deep Art Effects to help me make my photos and videos look even better. But when I put it on my computer with Windows 10, Pentium7 processor, and 16GB of RAM, it said it would take 172 hours to render a 3.50-minute video! That freaked me out a bit, so I got in touch with their customer support. And let me tell you, they were super nice and really knew their stuff. I've been using the PC Full Abo Version and the Android app, and I have to say I'm really impressed with how it's been working. The Android app runs smoothly and is a great fit for its size and price. The free version comes with some cool filters that can give your pictures a unique touch. But if you're looking to create top-notch, professional pictures with high resolution, I upgraded to the Pro Abo PC Version. It's made my editing much easier and the results are really outstanding. Oh man, let me tell you about the customer service I got - it was great at first, but then it all went downhill yesterday. So, I was really into this product and was gonna buy it, but I missed out on a sweet 30% off deal 'cause of some personal stuff. I decided to hit up customer service to see if I could get a coupon code to help with the high price. This guy Christiian was super professional and nice while helping me out. But then things took a bad turn when I got a renewal notice for my subscription a few days later. They gave me a heads up, which was cool, but then they hit me with a message basically saying make sure you got enough money in your account for when we renew. I've been a loyal customer for a while and worked hard to build my credit up, so I was pretty peeved by that rude comment. No company should talk to their customers like that, no matter how big or small they are. This whole thing has me feeling all torn about whether I should still back this brand I really like. It's not cool to treat loyal customers like garbage - it gives the company a bad name and could push people away to other brands. It's just sad to see a lack of appreciation for customer loyalty, especially with everything going on in the economy right now.

The AI software I bought was not great at all. It was badly made, clunky, and not very good. It seemed old-fashioned and only worked well with people; everything else was no good. Also, not having keyboard shortcuts made editing hard. I was really let down by this software. It didn't do what I wanted and wasn't very good at all. I wouldn't tell anyone to use this AI software for making or editing stuff. Look into DALL-E or other services that have more cool stuff and better help instead.
