Oh man, let me tell you about the customer service I got - it was great at first, but then it all went downhill yesterday. So, I was really into this product and was gonna buy it, but I missed out on a sweet 30% off deal 'cause of some personal stuff. I decided to hit up customer service to see if I could get a coupon code to help with the high price. This guy Christiian was super professional and nice while helping me out. But then things took a bad turn when I got a renewal notice for my subscription a few days later. They gave me a heads up, which was cool, but then they hit me with a message basically saying make sure you got enough money in your account for when we renew. I've been a loyal customer for a while and worked hard to build my credit up, so I was pretty peeved by that rude comment. No company should talk to their customers like that, no matter how big or small they are. This whole thing has me feeling all torn about whether I should still back this brand I really like. It's not cool to treat loyal customers like garbage - it gives the company a bad name and could push people away to other brands. It's just sad to see a lack of appreciation for customer loyalty, especially with everything going on in the economy right now.
