Delayed order, lack of communication
The products are alright and the prices are fair, but the customer service is just awful. I had to wait more than 2 months for a product that was out of season when I finally got it, and the communication was terrible throughout. Now, I ordered something for Christmas and it still hasn't even been shipped. Even after asking several times about my order and if it'll arrive on time, all I get are generic responses with no real answers. It feels like the customer service team isn't even trying to help, which makes the whole experience really bad.
Sweater purchase for Christmas gift
I ordered a sweater for a Christmas gift, but had a terrible time with shipping and customer service. The shipping got delayed, and even though I ordered early, the item didn't arrive on time. Customer service was no help at all, and didn't even say sorry, they didn't give me any good solutions or compensation for the trouble. I ended up asking for my money back after finding out the item was not available, and now I'm not sure if I'll even get the refund. It was a disappointing experience all around.
Cashmere sweater
The quality is just terrible. I've been watching this company ever since they came into the Canadian market. It's no secret that they're based in China and trying hard to hide that. They think that by opening stores in Toronto and Vancouver, they can make it seem like they're legit. But let me tell you, their cashmere sweaters are not worth the high price. They're selling low-quality $25 cashmere for over $200, trying to trick customers into thinking it's a good deal. Their product is not good and definitely not worth the money. Don't waste your money on their luxury items. They're 100% made in China, but they don't tell you that or they lie about it. Just check out their FAQ section, they don't say a word about where they're from.
Itchy sweaters - too small
I ordered some sweaters and they were so itchy and they didn't fit me properly. I sent them back, but I'm still waiting for my refund. That's not cool!
My hoodie
I ordered this really comfy hoodie that looked awesome, but it took forever to show up and I couldn't even track it, which was super frustrating. When I reached out to them about it, they never got back to me and didn't offer me a replacement or refund. Not cool at all, eh.
Cozy Sweater
I picked up this really comfy sweater after reading about it online, and let me tell you, it's fantastic. It's not too bulky, fits just right, and feels like a big hug. I loved it so much that I bought two more because one wasn't cutting it. Their customer service was top-notch and really helped me out with my second purchase. The only downside was that there weren't many colors left when I went to get more.
Repeated order errors
I had a terrible experience with this company. They messed up my order three times and didn't even have the item I wanted in stock. And to make it worse, they made me sign up for notifications when it was back in stock, but all I got were a bunch of annoying daily emails with ads. The whole thing was a disaster, and I think they might be going out of business soon with how bad they are.
Nov 28 Order Issue
I accidentally placed a second order on November 28th, and even though they said it was shipped by DHL, I haven't seen it yet. I talked to DHL and they said they never got it. I tried emailing a bunch of times, but the responses I got weren't helpful at all. When I tried to return the item, the website messed up and said I couldn't return it. I'm annoyed that I paid for something and didn't get it. My order number is 836011.
Original cashmere sweater for daughter-in-law's birthday
I just bought this really nice cashmere sweater as a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. But then, when she got it, there was still a price tag on it that said $75. I actually paid $98 for it, so I was a bit bummed about that mix-up. But my daughter-in-law seems to really like the sweater, so I guess it's all good in the end.
Shipping costs complaint
The shipping fees for a light sweater were so crazy, eh? They ended up being over $80, which is way too much, ya know? When you look at other companies like Everlane, there's a big gap in the prices. It's like this company isn't even trying to give fair shipping rates to customers in other countries. It's pretty disappointing that there aren't any cheaper shipping choices available. It just doesn't seem like they care about us international customers, eh?
Boyfriend's sweater purchase
I had a pretty good experience with my recent purchase. The shipping was surprisingly fast, even though I ordered in November so it might have been busier during the holiday season. However, I was a bit let down when the sweater I got for my boyfriend in size large turned out to be very small. It looked more like a medium than a large. I didn't bother trying to return it since he had already worn it and we both thought it didn't fit him well. So, I ended up keeping it for myself as an oversized sweater instead. I can't say how the return process was since I didn't go through with it. I was thinking about ordering another one in an XL, but I'm worried about the size being off and the return process being a hassle, based on what others have said.

$98 sweater (womens)
I just bought this $98 women's sweater and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with it. The fabric started pilling after only a few times wearing it, so now it looks all old and worn out. I've gotten sweaters from other department stores for the same price that have lasted way longer. I wouldn't suggest buying this one because the quality is just not good.

Zip-up hoodie in size large
Sorry bud, the zip-up hoodie I bought in a size large was a total flop. The sleeves were way too short, ending right above my elbows. And to top it off, the back of the hoodie was shorter than the front, not cool. Even after reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, they said I couldn't return it. I get the policy and all, but come on, this thing's defective. Still waiting to hear back about a refund though, not impressed.
