CommunicationThe products are alright and the prices are fair, but the customer service is just awful. I had to wait more than 2 months for a product that was out of season when I finally got it, and the communication was terrible throughout. Now, I ordered something for Christmas and it still hasn't even been shipped. Even after asking several times about my order and if it'll arrive on time, all I get are generic responses with no real answers. It feels like the customer service team isn't even trying to help, which makes the whole experience really bad.
