Returns & RefundsSorry bud, the zip-up hoodie I bought in a size large was a total flop. The sleeves were way too short, ending right above my elbows. And to top it off, the back of the hoodie was shorter than the front, not cool. Even after reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, they said I couldn't return it. I get the policy and all, but come on, this thing's defective. Still waiting to hear back about a refund though, not impressed.
