I recently bought a ring from this company and I gotta say, I was so disappointed in the quality. It was a gift from my fiancé, and after just a few months of wearing it here and there, the ring completely fell apart. I took good care of it, but it still broke. When I asked the company for help, they said I had to pay a lot for repairs. That's not cool, especially since it hasn't been that long and I barely wore it. I'm really let down by the product quality and the lack of customer support from the company.

This company sure likes to make things difficult if you change your mind and want to return something. They expect you to pay for the return shipping and make you jump through hoops by making your own label and following their strict rules. It's a real pain and honestly not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that actually gives a darn about their customers.

As someone who loves spending time outdoors, I needed a good quality backpack for my next adventures. I did some research and decided to buy one from this store. I chose a specific model that looked like it had everything I needed and I contacted their customer support to double-check if it had a certain feature. The person I spoke to confidently told me that the backpack did have that feature, so I bought it. But when the backpack arrived, it was obvious that it didn't actually have that feature. I was annoyed and let down by the inaccurate information given by their customer support team.

I got a pair of hiking pants from this company and man, it was a struggle to find the right size. I've been a size 10 for ages, but I had to swap those pants twice before ending up with a size 14, which is totally new for me. When I wore them on a trip to Vietnam, they just didn't look right - they were saggy and uncomfortable in the heat. Plus, after washing, they were all wrinkly and needed ironing, which was definitely not what I expected for hiking pants. I was really bummed out because I was hoping for some easy-care pants for my trek. The quality just didn't match up to what I was looking for, and I had a way better time dealing with LL Bean when I had a similar issue.

My time with the car rental company was a total letdown. The car I got was all beat up and not even registered, and now they want me to pay for it. I've got pictures with the timestamps to back up my story, but they won't stop bothering me about the money. I'm done with this car rental company for good after this.
