    Gifted wine delivery

    I got a bottle of wine as a gift from Drizly and it was so bad. The delivery guy was rude and didn't even know where he was going, the note inside was all mixed up, and I don't think I even got the right bottle. They made me take pictures for them, and then I got like 12 emails from 10 different people. It was a total mess. And the apology they gave me was weak. Honestly, I would steer clear of this service.

    Edreams booking

    My wife and I visited Europe for the first time in October 2023 and had many bookings (hotels, cars, flights, etc.) All went well except for our booking with EDREAMS. We were late returning from an excursion in Italy (not our fault BTW) and missed our flight to the UK causing us to miss our pickup time for the rental car at Drivilla. We got the next available flight and went directly to the car rental place only to be informed that edreams had listed us as a no-show and did not forward Drivillia any of the prepaid funds for the car.
    We had to pay AGAIN for the car and have since been unsuccessful in getting any money back from edreams. OMAR at "customer care" keeps citing the terms and conditions that we breached.
    So...in a nut shell: we paid edreams money to book and pay for a car. We were late so edreams kept ALL the money and we had to pay double for the car (albeit a shorter period because we were late). This is NOT Drivilla's fault, they got nothing from edreams.
    I told OMAR that he should be ashamed of his and the company's actions and that this amounted to petty theft in my opinion. Our money was given to edreams to pay for the car and they kept it, leaving me to double pay.
    Maybe I'm wrong but this is petty and disgusting from where I sit. A penalty fee yes, but not all of our money!
    I have no hope of any positive outcome from edreams, who BTW stopped communication when I asked if their was an appeal process which our case could go to, so my goal here is to save any other potential customers the grief that we experienced. Please Do NOT, do NOT book anything with EDREAMS or have anything to with them. They are everything a terrible company should be.
