The products are alright and the prices are fair, but the customer service is just awful. I had to wait more than 2 months for a product that was out of season when I finally got it, and the communication was terrible throughout. Now, I ordered something for Christmas and it still hasn't even been shipped. Even after asking several times about my order and if it'll arrive on time, all I get are generic responses with no real answers. It feels like the customer service team isn't even trying to help, which makes the whole experience really bad.

I recently picked up this awesome instant camera and I was super pumped to start snapping pics with it. It's so easy to use, just point and shoot, and boom - instant photo! The photos turned out super cute and I'm loving the fact that I can get them printed out right away. Plus, the camera is adorable and small, which makes it so easy to carry around and capture all the fun times with my pals. I'm excited to grab more film and keep on snapping photos!

They gave me the full amount without any issues, and I liked that they stuck to their promises. So I ordered this holiday package, and it was alright. The Top Sirloins were seriously delicious, like really good. The Garlic rolls were amazing, hit the spot perfectly. The Apple Treats were crispy and apple-y, really tasty. But the Hot dogs were just okay, I've had better at a corner store. The burgers were decent, nothing special. And the Chicken breasts were small and lacking flavor. Plus, the price was way too high for what I received. I can get better quality food for less at my local membership club. So yeah, I don't think I'll be ordering from there again.

I bought a few of these products and I gotta say, the Canyon sneakers are the bomb! I absolutely LOVE them. The Dune ones are pretty good too, no complaints there. But man, the Geyser was a real letdown. They looked awesome when they arrived - beautiful and comfy. But pretty soon after wearing them in a light rain, I realized they were definitely not as waterproof as advertised. And to make matters worse, within just a few months, the front part of the shoe was completely busted and coming apart, especially where my foot bends. I barely even wore them compared to my Canyon sneakers, which have held up like champs. The Geyser shoes definitely need some serious improvement to be worth buying.
