Online course purchase
The customer service at that online course provider was absolutely terrible. It was basically non-existent, with no one to talk to on the phone. I had to keep bugging them to get anything done, and even then, it seemed like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. As a customer, I expect better communication and support from a company that's supposed to be good, especially when I'm putting my time and money into a course.<br><br>I was really let down by the service I got and it's made me pretty mad. I don't think I'll use them again in the future and I might even think about taking legal action if I have to.

6 boxes of mixed meat
I bought 6 boxes of mixed meat for about $150, with the promise of getting it before Christmas. But it didn't show up on time. I tried reaching out to customer service through calls and letters several times, but didn't get any help or response. It was a letdown and very frustrating. I won't be ordering from them again.
