I bought this really awesome bag from a fancy store, but after only 6 months it completely fell apart! I was so upset and sent it back, but you won't believe what happened. They told me it was just "normal wear and tear"! Can you believe that? I spent a lot of money on that bag and thought it would last much longer. Super not cool.
