Investment Experience with Masterworks
My experience with Masterworks was really disappointing. At first, they were super helpful in helping me figure out how to invest my money in fine art. But as soon as I wanted to sell my shares, everything went downhill. They sent me an email saying my trading wallet was inactive, so I couldn't sell my shares. I tried many times to fix it, but it took a frustrating 8 months to solve the problem. During that time, I only got generic emails that didn't really help, which made me wonder if they were legit. It felt shady and made me think about filing a formal complaint. After a lot of effort, I finally sold my shares, but the whole experience was far from satisfying and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would tell anyone thinking about investing with Masterworks to think twice and be careful.

My recent purchase of those hard-to-find Adidas NMD sneakers on StockX went so smoothly, eh? It took me a while to hunt them down, but I finally found the perfect pair that I was on the hunt for, since they're not being made anymore. The service has been super reliable, hardly any outages affecting our work. The quality is exactly what we need for our business, and the customer support team is always quick to help with any questions or issues we have. The accounts team has been amazing, going out of their way to help us with any account stuff. Overall, we're really happy with the service from Net2Phone.

Roll neck jumpers, next day delivery
Oh man, what a disaster. I decided to order a couple of roll neck jumpers, paid extra for next day delivery, thinking I'd have them in no time. Turns out, it was a nightmare. Eight long days went by, no package in sight. After many complaints, I was promised a refund for the delivery charge - but it never came. Fast forward to 15 days later, still no jumpers, no refund, and no response from customer service. And can you believe they said I should contact a 'specialist team' for a refund or reorder? What a joke. This company's unprofessionalism and incompetence is unbelievable. I even showed them evidence from the sorting depot saying my package was probably lost, but they didn't care. Disgusting.

Steel-toe work boots
These boots are top-notch! I work in construction and have tested out a bunch of different brands, but none hold a candle to the quality and toughness of these steel-toe work boots. They're comfy, waterproof, and offer top-notch protection on the job site. I can stride easily through rough ground and keep my feet nice and dry all day. The design is functional and good-looking, and I really like the little touches that went into making these boots.

Expensive makeup order
I recently bought some fancy makeup stuff and was so pumped to get it quickly. But it's been weeks and I still don't have it, bummer. I tried to get some help from customer service, but it seems like they don't care. It's super frustrating to see a well-known makeup artist have a company that can't even do basic customer service right. The products may be fancy and worth the money, but what's the point if they can't even send out orders or reply to customer messages? Honestly, I'm pretty let down by this brand's service.
