Leather bag repair
As a long-time customer of your brand, I was really let down by the customer service I got when I tried to fix a hardware piece on my leather bag. Even though I've had this bag for over 10 years, I was told they couldn't help me without a receipt from the website. It just doesn't make sense - not everyone keeps receipts for that long, and people buy things from all over. It was disappointing how inflexible and unsympathetic they were about it. That's just not what I would expect from a high-end brand.
