Size discrepancy in online purchase
I just bought a couple pairs of shoes online that were supposed to be my normal size for this brand. But when the shoes arrived, one pair was too big and the other was too small. It was super disappointing and frustrating!
Overcharged for shoes
Oh my goodness, you won't believe this! I bought a pair of shoes online and was overcharged four times the actual price. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me back one charge and said no to the rest. Can you believe the audacity? I even tried contacting their VP but got nowhere. My bank is no help either, saying they can't do anything unless Florsheim refunds me. I guess I have no choice but to take legal action and report them for stealing. This is just unbelievable!
Dress shoes for small feet
I was on the hunt for some fancy shoes for an event coming up, but was having a hard time finding a store that carried my tiny foot size. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this shop and was totally blown away by the amazing customer service. Tracy, the person working there, was super helpful and really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. They had a great selection of footwear to choose from and the prices were fair for the quality. I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase and the whole shopping experience here.

I recently bought a pair of black shoes online from this store. I usually prefer shopping for shoes in person, so I was a bit skeptical about ordering online at first. I got a new pair of Florsheim shoes online not long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down. I've been a fan of Florsheim for years, but this time, I was really disappointed. Loafers model 17188-05
I just bought these loafers, model 17188-05, from a shoe store and man, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. They're supposed to have a leather upper and lining, with a sole and heel that are kinda like rubber, and they're made in India. But, like, not long after I started wearing them, the heel fell off and I had to get it fixed at the store. Now, after wearing them casually for just over two years, the whole sole is falling apart and coming off in pieces. Not cool at all for a product that cost this much. I'm really not happy with how poorly they've held up.
Boots purchase
My review on these boots I bought online wasn't great. I usually shop with this store a lot, but this was my first time trying the online option. The boots didn't fit right at all, and when I wanted to send them back, I was surprised to learn that I needed to provide my own return shipping box. I've never had to do that before, and it really irritated me. Buying shoes online is already risky, so adding this extra annoyance was just uncalled for.
Customized orthoses for feet issues

It's a real hidden gem of a shop that could make a big difference in how you feel every day.
Misleading product received
I recently bought something and ended up getting the wrong thing, which was a bummer. Instead of the shoes I wanted, I got a pair that was totally different in style and price. When I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, they were no help at all and didn't seem to know what was going on. It's pretty disappointing to see a well-known company not taking responsibility. Honestly, I didn't think Florsheim would be involved in shady stuff like this.

I feel like I got ripped off and should've shopped around more before buying. To top it off, when I contacted customer service about it, they were super rude and didn't help me at all. It's annoying to think I could have saved money and had a better experience somewhere else.
