Online shoe purchases
I recently bought a pair of black shoes online from this store. I usually prefer shopping for shoes in person, so I was a bit skeptical about ordering online at first. But it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The website was easy to use, and the checkout process was quick and simple. The shoes arrived promptly and were exactly as described. I was so happy with my first purchase that I ended up ordering another pair in brown, which also met my expectations. Overall, I had a great experience and hope the service from this store stays as good as it was for me.
Customized orthoses for feet issues
I recently popped into the shop to chat about my diabetes and hammertoe troubles, and let me tell you, the staff there are top-notch! The Pedorthist really took the time to measure my feet, teach me about proper shoes, and even made a special insert just for me. They've got a great selection of supportive shoes, especially for folks with diabetes - I can't praise them enough for helping with plantar fasciitis, arthritis, or any other foot issues. It's a real hidden gem of a shop that could make a big difference in how you feel every day.
Dress shoes for small feet
I was on the hunt for some fancy shoes for an event coming up, but was having a hard time finding a store that carried my tiny foot size. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this shop and was totally blown away by the amazing customer service. Tracy, the person working there, was super helpful and really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. They had a great selection of footwear to choose from and the prices were fair for the quality. I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase and the whole shopping experience here.
Size discrepancy in online purchase
I just bought a couple pairs of shoes online that were supposed to be my normal size for this brand. But when the shoes arrived, one pair was too big and the other was too small. It was super disappointing and frustrating!
Loafers model 17188-05
I just bought these loafers, model 17188-05, from a shoe store and man, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. They're supposed to have a leather upper and lining, with a sole and heel that are kinda like rubber, and they're made in India. But, like, not long after I started wearing them, the heel fell off and I had to get it fixed at the store. Now, after wearing them casually for just over two years, the whole sole is falling apart and coming off in pieces. Not cool at all for a product that cost this much. I'm really not happy with how poorly they've held up.
Boots purchase
My review on these boots I bought online wasn't great. I usually shop with this store a lot, but this was my first time trying the online option. The boots didn't fit right at all, and when I wanted to send them back, I was surprised to learn that I needed to provide my own return shipping box. I've never had to do that before, and it really irritated me. Buying shoes online is already risky, so adding this extra annoyance was just uncalled for.
Misleading product received
I recently bought something and ended up getting the wrong thing, which was a bummer. Instead of the shoes I wanted, I got a pair that was totally different in style and price. When I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, they were no help at all and didn't seem to know what was going on. It's pretty disappointing to see a well-known company not taking responsibility. Honestly, I didn't think Florsheim would be involved in shady stuff like this.
Shoes from the website
I recently bought a pair of shoes online and was bummed to see that other stores are selling the same shoes for a way cheaper price. I feel like I got ripped off and should've shopped around more before buying. To top it off, when I contacted customer service about it, they were super rude and didn't help me at all. It's annoying to think I could have saved money and had a better experience somewhere else.
